Deze documentaire de hand van Antonino D’Ambrosio laat meer dan 50 revolutionaire stemmen van toen aan het woord.  Onder hen zowel schrijvers, skaters, dansers, advocaten en schilders. Via collages, grafische kunst en animatie toont D’Ambrosio ons het hele en diverse plaatje.

De prominente soundtrack gaat van Public Enemy, over Thievery Corporation, MC5, Minor Threat, Fugazi, The Slackers, Antibalas Afrobeat Orchestra, The Clash, Ted Leo and the Pharmacists, Billy Bragg, Manu Chao, Gogol Bordello, DJ Spooky en andere typische punkbands.
